We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (Level 3) to join our Data Center Engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically strong and operationally mature professional who can design, scale, and maintain highly available database infrastructure across hybrid environments.As a senior technical contributor, you will play a key role in ensuring system uptime, optimizing performance, and driving long-term infrastructure resiliency across both on-premises and cloud platforms.What You’ll Be Doing- Architect, deploy, and support SQL Server Always On Availability Groups across on-prem and Azure environments- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server Failover Cluster Instances (FCI)- Administer Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC), including quorum configuration and node health- Plan and execute failover testing, disaster recovery (DR) drills, and recovery validation- Perform SQL Server installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations- Develop and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies- Monitor and optimize database performance (indexing, query tuning, wait analysis)- Troubleshoot replication issues, latency, blocking, and clustering-related problems- Configure and manage availability group listeners, networking, DNS, and storage systems- Ensure database security, auditing, and compliance standards are met- Automate DBA processes using T‑SQL, PowerShell, and SQL Server Agent- Support application deployments, releases, and schema changes- Provide 24×7 production support for mission-critical systems- Maintain runbooks, standards, and operational documentationWhat You Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology,
