This role will develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies that support engineering roadmaps, new-product development, supply continuity, supplier capacity, quality performance, and cost-reduction objectives.



The successful candidate will bring strong PCB manufacturing knowledge, strategic sourcing experience, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, Contract Manufacturers, and global suppliers. Job Duties/Responsibilities Aligning supplier capabilities with engineering and technology roadmaps, developing robust and competitive supplier capacity, supporting new-technology development, mitigating supply risks, and delivering sustainable cost-reduction results. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCB commodities, including supplier benchmarking, market analysis, cost modeling, and risk mitigation. Identify, qualify, and develop current PCB suppliers, including Tier I & II manufacturers, to strengthen capacity, technology coverage, and supply continuity. Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to support cost, quality, delivery, reliability, and time-to-market objectives. Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing,
