Job Description:The Investigative Analyst is an significant front line of defence in identifying potentially suspicious activity submitted through Group Benefit plans. The team also receives incoming telephone calls through the Fraud Risk Management Tip Line, from the public, and internally with information regarding possible suspicious activities. What will you do?Communicating with Disability Case Managers, Plan Sponsors and tipsters, utilizing the principles of clear language, and in a courteous and professional toneSetting up cases in Case Manager for InvestigatorsGathering additional plan member detailsConduct preliminary, open source searches/researchManage inbox and triage of informationReview referrals for accuracy and qualityCommunicating with the Disability Business Unit for various requestsAssist with process improvements and maintaining team job aidsCollaborating with colleagues to drive process improvements, which have a direct impact on the client experience What do you need to succeed?Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written)
