This role is well suited to a hands-on Site Superintendent who enjoys being on site daily, working alongside their crews, and taking pride in the practical execution of construction work. You are expected to: Be on site every day Work alongside your crew Train and mentor apprentices and co-op students Lead by example through presence and workmanship Projects are primarily institutional renovations in hospitals and schools, where professionalism, patience, and safety discipline matter as much as productivity. You will typically manage 1–2 active sites at a time, occasionally more during peak institutional seasons. Standard work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, averaging 44 hours weekly, with Fridays often finishing by lunch. Weekend work occurs when required to meet deadlines and is shared across the team.
