The City of Toronto is seeking a Facilities Management Dispatch Coordinator to triage and coordinate city-wide facilities service requests, assess urgency, dispatch technicians or vendors, and ensure protected, timely resolution across all sites including Scarborough.
You will optimize schedules, monitor workloads, maintain Health & Safety standards, generate reports, and collaborate with Supervisors, Forepersons, and staff to keep operations running smoothly.
