As part of their national claims team, you’ll join a collaborative group of professionals who value integrity, accountability, and client-centered service.As a Technical Claims Consultant, you will play a key role in elevating claims practices by providing technical expertise, training, and strategic insights. You will collaborate closely with Claims Supervisors and leadership to ensure excellence in claims handling, compliance, and client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical consulting and coaching to Claims Supervisors, supporting sound decision-making across claims, litigation management, policy interpretation, and settlementsAct as a Subject Matter Expert, contributing to the development and delivery of training programs and technical resourcesAnalyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support action planning with leadershipMonitor claims handling practices through audits and provide insights on trends, legal developments, and regulatory changesAssist in resolving complex technical issues and client escalationsSupport the implementation and execution of operational policies and procedures to ensure complianceCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance client engagement, operational effectiveness, and team performanceWhat You BringA forward-thinking, innovative mindset with a strong focus on improving client outcomesExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
