As the new Manager, Regulatory Submissions, you will play a key role in ensuring Yorkville University’s compliance with evolving federal and provincial requirements by managing the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality regulatory documentation. You will be the steward of Yorkville’s external voice, ensuring that all submissions to government ministries, accrediting agencies, and regulatory partners are clear, consistent, and aligned with the university’s institutional tone, message, and strategy. You will also support the development and ongoing quality assurance of all academic programs, ensuring alignment with compliance expectations and institutional standards. You will foster strong working relationships to support effective communication and coordination across departments. Support. You will play an active role in new program development, advising teams on regulatory requirements, timelines, and documentation standards. You will capture key actions, identify regulatory implications, and triage items for follow-up to ensure new initiatives are compliant and submission‑ready. Contribute.
