We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and help take our service to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, etc.)Ensure top-notch customer service and handle guest concerns professionallyCoordinate scheduling, training, and performance reviewsMaintain health, safety, and sanitation standardsCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flowMonitor inventory, place orders,



and manage vendor relationshipsTrack sales, manage budgets, and reportSupport marketing efforts and community engagement activities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor (2+ years preferred)Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExcellent customer service mindsetKnowledge of financial reportingAbility to stay calm and efficient under pressureFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust reside in Saskatoon and be legally eligible to work in CanadaMust have access to reliable transportation
