The Accounting Administrator plays a crucial role in managing a company's financial operations. As the Accounting Administrator, you will serve on the Finance team managing financial records, managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.
What you'll be doing
Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
Maintain accurate and current financial records at all times.
Manage accounts payable and receivables, process invoices, and manage payments.
Manage purchase order matching, receiving and reconciliation
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
Set up and maintain vendor profiles
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Assist with tax filings
Provide support throughout audits
Monitor and manage cash flow and expenditures
Provide financial analysis and forecasting support
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals and reporting
Collaborate with procurement, sales and finance teams to resolve invoice and purchase order issues

What you have
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent job-related experience is required.
4+ years of proven work experience in accounting or similar role
Proficiency with accounting software, MS Excel and financial modeling
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to establish a rapport and build professional relationships among all levels of the organization.
Excellent employee customer service skills including being proactive and responsive with diligent task follow through skills.
Possess a solid sense of urgency and is extremely organized and process driven.
Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Solid time management skills, a “can-do” attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
