Must have 5+ years D365 F&O; System Administrator and at least 3+ years D365 CE/Power Platform System Administrator experience.

The D365 Administrator will be responsible for analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and D365 CE / Power Platform .

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the entire D365 system, backend storage services, configuration, security, reporting, ISV, any custom development, data integrations, and any device integration. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering and defining use requirements, user support related to the application, and Power BI dashboard development.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across both D365 F&O; and CE

Must be able to assist coordinate on vendor management activities

Create and Maintain D365 F&O; and CE Environments

Create and Maintain D365 F&O; Batch Jobs

Create and Maintain D365 F&O; Indexes

Create and Maintain D365 F&O; and CE Security Roles

Managing the code and data movement between environments. Collaborate with Developers, Integrators, and Business Partner for System Enhancement, Upgrades

Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O; Issues

Continue monitoring & fine-tuning performance for D365 F&O; and CE instances

Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

Escalation issues options risks awareness and facilitates technical sessions issueresolution

Ability to support troubleshoot complex integrations and data migration issues

Proactively learn and utilize recent technologies, concepts,



and procedures as appropriate to project requirements

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Managing the security component related to Environment setup

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks

Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems

Assisting with reviewing the architecture, plans and monitoring the execution of testing

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Project Operations and Accounting (PM&A;) modules

Deep knowledge of D365 CE Customer Service, Sales and Project Operations Lite modules

Deep Understanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision and Cross-App Scenarios

Some familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Programming language X++

Understanding Extension (Classes, Table, Form, Query etc.)

Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, Azure Function, Event Grid, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Messaging technologies PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)

Familiar with Power BI Reporting, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse

Familiar with Azure DevOps

Familiar with all phases of D365 F&O; and CE software development life cycle using a combination of Azure DevOps, Power Platform Admin Center and LCS.

Familiar with Communication Services (SOAP REST, XML, JSON, EDI)

Familiar with Version Control (Azure DevOps, GIT, TFVS)

Familiar with Azure API technologies (APIM) & Postman

Stays informed of current industry trends and emerging technologies and keeps skills current on modern technologies and tools

Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required
