Sudbury Developmental Services (SDS) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our team.

The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-directed supports and services. This includes leading teams, fostering inclusive organizational culture, ensuring compliance with legislation (QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, PHIPA/FIPPA, Human Rights Code), and strengthening partnerships within the community.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in service planning, delivery, and evaluation.

Foster a positive and inclusive work setting through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

Oversee program budgets, individual financial accounts, and reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Build and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.





Qualifications

Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (Developmental Services, Social Work, Psychology).

Minimum 3 years progressive leadership in social/devlopmental services and 5 years field experience.

Knowledge of MCCSS QAM, SIPDDA, AODA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, PHIPA/FIPPA.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with succession planning, workforce development, and change management.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
