NorthCo is hiring an Exterior Field Manager to help lead our exterior renovation crews in the field. This is a full time role for someone who knows siding inside and out, leads with confidence, and takes pride in running a tight, safe, well‑organized jobsite.

You'd be the person setting the tone on-site - keeping crews moving, quality high, and clients informed. We're looking for a leader who can balance speed, standards, and team morale, and who genuinely cares about the work and the people doing it.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Overseeing day‑to‑day operations on exterior renovation projects

Leading crews on‑site and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely

Monitoring quality control and ensuring projects meet NorthCo standards

Supporting and coaching team members in the field

Communicating with Project Managers, homeowners, and crews throughout projects

Problem‑solving on‑site challenges and helping keep timelines on track

Ensuring proper health and safety practices are consistently followed

Requirements
What We're Looking For

5+ years of siding experience

2+ years of leadership or management experience

Strong understanding of exterior renovations and carpentry

Strong health and safety awareness

Ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and morale

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Respectful of clients' homes and easy to work with

Nice to Have

Previous Crew Chief or Foreman experience

Carpentry and framing background

Competitive sports background or experience working in high‑performance team environments
