Position Details

Position Type: Direct Hire

Start: As Soon As Possible

Salary Range: C$80,000 - C$85,000 per Year

Language Requirement
Fluency in spoken and written French is mandatory. Intermediate English proficiency is required to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners outside of Quebec.

Position Overview
The Unit People & Culture Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the implementation of people strategies aligned with operational goals. This role partners closely with leadership to drive inclusive talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives. The position plays a key role in strengthening culture, values, and employee experience, ensuring the organization remains a caring employer and an exceptional place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to line managers to implement business and people plans aligned with operational objectives.

Ensure consistent application of all people processes to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.

Partner with leaders to enable inclusive talent management and leadership development aligned with strategic goals.

Support transformation initiatives and act as an ambassador for standardization and change management.

Represent Culture & Values within the unit,



serving as the voice of the co-worker.

Safeguard and enhance the overall end-to-end employee experience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align HR practices with business priorities.

Required Qualifications

University degree with 2 years of related experience or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Fluency in spoken and written French.

Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).

Strong advisory and stakeholder partnership skills.

Ability to influence leaders and support organizational change initiatives.
