Become a key player in environmental sustainability as Lallemand’s Environmental Expert in Mirabel, Quebec. Focus on analyzing biotreatment processes and implementing improvements for reduced industrial impacts.

In this role under the LHS Director of Operations, you'll manage environmental analysis across Lallemand’s three manufacturing sites. You'll be tasked with evaluating effluent performance, conducting benchmarking studies, and facilitating collaboration between departments to achieve sustainable results. Your expertise will guide investment decisions for enhancing efficiency and achieving ISO certification.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recommendations for effluent treatment optimization
• Calculate and present environmental performance metrics




• Identify and recommend improvements for plant efficiency
• Develop annual plans for reducing environmental impact
• Document and share best practices across business units

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in environmental engineering or a related field
• 1–2 years in sustainability within relevant sectors
• Robust analytical and technical documentation skills
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment and ESG indicators
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
