As an Instructional Designer, you’ll engage in designing and developing courseware in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple formats
• Define learning objectives and develop assessment strategies
• Produce multimedia learning materials using advanced tools




• Ensure collaboration between stakeholders and course developers
• Innovate with AI technologies and adaptive learning techniques

Requirements:
• Degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design required
• Proven experience in eLearning, especially with Articulate 360
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems essential
• Background in multimedia production including video and graphics
• Project management skills are a plus
