Responsibilities

Meet the savings and credit needs of members, including mortgages.

Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up on these relationships, and identify areas for improvement.

Advise members and clients on personalized strategies and work with them to set well‑defined and measurable financial goals.

Stay on top of the latest financial news and track market trends and best practices to enrich your advice and anticipate clients’ needs.

Represent the financial institution to partners and the public by participating in community activities.
