Role Description

- This is a full-time role for a Licensed Agent at St. Albert Co-operators Range Insurance and Investments Ltd.

How You Will Create Impact

- Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospect and proactively build a sales pipeline, developing marketing plans to promote insurance offerings, and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and growth goals.
- Working with clients to review goals, providing holistic risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes.
- Conducting annual reviews to identify adjustments that are required, responding to client inquiries, resolving complaints,



and escalating issues as required.

Qualifications

- Holistic risk planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and assess clients' needs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Alberta General level 1 is required and level 2 is preferred
- licensing as a life agent or completed the licensing within 30 days of hiring
- You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate

Base Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
