Schedule One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM, local time)
One weekend per month (Saturday + Sunday), 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our office location
Location Stockton, CA (Hybrid: Online + In-Person)
Compensation $32–$34/hr, depending on experience
Equipment Laptop provided for work purposes
What You'll Do Lead live online classes
Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
Coach students during hands‑on lab practice
Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
Foster a supportive, structured learning environment
Who This Is For Dental assistants — DA, RDA,



or EFDA — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a flexible teaching role that combines online instruction with in-person training, and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.
Requirements 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome)
Active Radiology Certification
CPR/BLS Certification
Robust communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
Able to commute to location(s)
Nice-to-haves Prior teaching or mentoring experience
Dentrix familiarity
Leadership background
