Our client, a leading organization in the legal and commercial services sector, is seeking a Contract Specialist to join their team. As a Contract Specialist, you will be part of the Contract Management team supporting various projects and accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Specialist

Location: Vancouver, BC — Although the role is 100% remote, the candidate must be located in Western Canada and be willing to visit clients if required.

Pay Range: : CAD $42hr on T4 OR CAD $50hr incorporated + HST.

What's the Job?

Support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts, working closely with account leadership and stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities.

Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts to ensure compliance and maximize value for all parties.

Identify, elevate and resolve commercial and contractual risks and issues, working collaboratively with project leadership.

Support pre‑award sales activities, engaging with delivery teams to shape deals and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting support.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts,



demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in contract management.

Membership or certification from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is a plus.

Ability to work across multiple projects, accounts and geographies, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
