About The Opportunity The HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring the effective day‑to‑day delivery of Human Resources operations at Canada Guaranty, providing broad, hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compliance tracking, and core HR processes, ensuring activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established programs and policies. The ideal candidate independently manages shifting priorities and works comfortably across all levels of the organization. They are known for providing responsive, high‑quality service and apply sound judgment to identify issues, elevate appropriately, and contribute practical solutions.
