Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, engaging with customers and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for food service and hospitality.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
Handle food safely and follow all food handling and safety procedures
Operate cash register, process transactions accurately, and manage customer payments
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs promptly




Follow health and safety guidelines related to food safety and sanitation standards

Skills
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in a café or coffee shop setting
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Experience with food handling regulations and safety standards is a plus
Hospitality background or barista experience is highly desirable
Ability to multitask effectively while providing attentive service
