Duties
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using online point-of-sale systems
Provide friendly, skilled assistance to customers via chat, email, or phone, ensuring their needs are met promptly
Answer questions about products, services, and policies with clarity and enthusiasm
Handle guest inquiries related to orders, returns, or account information with transparency and patience
Manage cash handling responsibilities securely and responsibly during virtual transactions
Assist in resolving customer issues by offering solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary




Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications
Experience working with children is a plus, demonstrating patience and understanding in diverse situations
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with customers across various channels
Proven customer service experience with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and food service or hospitality environments is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information and assist customers effectively
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a remote setting
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
