Assist with guest services by guiding customers through the virtual shopping or booking process
Handle cash or digital payments securely while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Promote a positive experience by actively listening and resolving issues promptly




Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry or order processing as needed

Requirements
Prior experience working with children or in settings involving guest interaction is a plus
Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with customers and team members
Proven customer service experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and digital payment platforms
Previous food service or hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding service standards
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and professionalism
