FirstService Residential is seeking a Building Manager in Nanaimo to oversee day-to-day building operations and ensure an excellent living experience for tenants. You will manage maintenance requests, inspect common areas, and coordinate trades to keep the property running smoothly.
Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm. The role requires at least two years of Building Manager experience and robust English communication to interact with tenants and staff.
