The Multicultural Center in Rantoul, IL is looking for an enthusiastic Director to lead our vibrant, multi-classroom Early Learning Center! As the Director, you’ll oversee the heart of our center, guiding teachers, mentoring staff, and working closely with families to create a nurturing, innovative space where children thrive. If you have a passion for education, leadership, and community, this is the role for you!

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (coursework in school administration a plus).




DCFS Director qualifications for childcare centers are a must.
3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education, with a solid understanding of DCFS regulations.
A true mentor at heart, excited to support and guide teachers to grow professionally.
Excellent communication skills in English and English.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
