Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a robust commitment to food safety and quality. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat products, ensuring that they meet both customer expectations and safety standards.

Your expertise will contribute to providing high-quality products to our customers while maintaining an organized and efficient work setting.

Duties
Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
Ensure all meat products are handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area and equipment.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding meat products, providing excellent customer service.
Package meat products for display and sale, ensuring proper labeling and pricing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the kitchen or butcher area.
Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs to management.

Skills
Proficient in meat cutting techniques and food preparation methods.




Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Experience in the food industry, particularly in a butcher or kitchen setting, is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines for product preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
