Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Educate customers on cannabis products and make recommendations based on their needs.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all provincial cannabis regulations.
Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor.
Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.




Cannabis knowledge is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.

Availability This is a part-time position. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends, as weekend availability is a requirement.
