JOB SUMMARY

Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, process flows (current state and future state) and data models.
Support the development of value release cost / benefit analysis.
Expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
Experience and comfort level with Clarity as a User but best would be as a developer
Requirements Management – ability to elicit, document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
Agile Methodologies – Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.




Process Mapping and Analysis – Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and prospects for improvement.
System Analysis – Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or current solutions.
Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound judgments.
Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure alignment on project goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience and comfort level with Confluence and JIRA; knowledge of enterprise data pipelines.
