Key Responsibilities - Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy.
Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha.




Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems.
Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Very strong verbal reasoning skills.
Currently trading the US Markets.
Robust analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data.
Valuable problem-solving ability.
Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once.
Proven idea generation and investment track record.
Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
