Position: Air Import/Export Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Working within our existing airfreight team, handling both air imports and exports
Responsible for all freight forwarding aspects of coordinating inbound and outbound air shipments
Document preparation to facilitate freight movement
Securing bookings with airlines
Responsible for both eManifest and CAED declarations
Creation of client freight invoices as well as cost allocation for each shipment
Tracing cargo and providing shipment updates to clients




Communicating with external vendors, suppliers, customs brokers and agents for the seamless movement of cargo
Providing superior service to customers in all aspects of air imports and exports
Arrange collection and transportation of goods

Qualifications:
Two to three years relevant airfreight handling experience required
Ability to handle large volumes of work accurately
Strong organizational skills
Solid problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to prioritize work & time management skills
Effective communication skills essential
Solid keyboarding skills required as well a proficiency in Microsoft Office;

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
