This role focuses on technical program management, driving engineering change orders and post-release product engineering. You will collaborate across teams to maintain product performance, manage inventory, and resolve component challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Drive change management and validation for product updates
Oversee Engineering Change Orders from initiation to approval
Manage software changes to ensure smooth integrations
Analyze field failure data for corrective actions

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
8+ years of engineering program management experience
