The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy and contribute to transformation initiatives that support the modernization and performance of the energy sector. As a Change Management Practitioner, you will structure and drive change strategies to support the successful adoption of transformation projects within an industrial environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to guide people through change, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and strengthen engagement at all levels—from shop floor to leadership. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, organizational readiness, and the long‑term success of strategic initiatives impacting the reliability and evolution of energy systems.

This position is 100% onsite.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Deploy the Prosci methodology (ADKAR) to structure change initiatives

Conduct impact assessments to understand organizational change implications

Develop and implement communication and training plans

Support teams in managing resistance and facilitating adoption

Collaborate with project and operational teams to align change efforts

Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the organization

Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on performance

Promote engagement and alignment across multidisciplinary teams

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, industrial engineering,



or a related field

Certified in Prosci methodology (required)

5 to 10 years of experience in change management or transformation environments

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is considered an asset

Solid experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption practices

Proficiency in French and advanced English required
