Our client is hiring two energetic Operations Managers to lead expanding teams in North Vancouver and Burnaby locations. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and collaborate with partners and the Head Office. With robust leadership and insurance experience, you’ll also manage a small book of business and have the credentials to become the brokerage’s Nominee.
Benefits & Perks Hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office / 1 day remote
$90,000 to $110,000 base salary

Responsibilities Management of the branch (either the North Vancouver or Burnaby office) with a team of 20 to 30 employees
Conducting audits
Establish workflows of best practices and procedures
Performance reviews of employees, and ensure the creation of a high-performing team
Representing the brokerage at industry events




Qualifications Level 2 insurance license (with a view of getting Level 3)
Over 5 years of management or leadership experience
Sound knowledge and experience with commercial line insurance
