Rapid + Epp is seeking a BIM Lead in Vancouver, BC, to spearhead BIM standards and enhance project delivery for structural engineering. This full time, on-site role is pivotal to our teamwork and innovation. In this position, you will oversee and advance BIM workflows, ensuring model quality ensures seamless collaboration with architects and consultants.

Your responsibilities will include training team members, managing complex project models, and implementing efficient BIM processes. Engage in continuous improvement of our digital design capabilities while leveraging your expertise in the latest BIM technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and advance BIM standards across projects
Set up and coordinate detailed BIM models




Provide guidance on BIM challenges to project teams
Train and develop staff in BIM best practices
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for quality Requirements:
Advanced skills in Revit and model coordination tools
Proven experience in BIM implementation
