We are seeking a dynamic and organized Automotive Fixed Operations Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Your primary responsibility will be managing the service reception desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls
Confirming and updating customer details
Scheduling service appointments and following up with any "missed appointment" customers to reschedule.
Detailing customer comments and setting up follow through if required.
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Contact customers to advise of promotions, seasonal offers, and recommended services.
Directing calls and providing general information.
Cashier service orders and collect payment
Support service advisors
Light administrative duties.
Maintain a clean organized work area.
Previous customer service experience is required.
Skills:
A solid understanding of vehicles and their maintenance requirements
Self-driven and goal orientated
Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly
Ability to operate a multiline phone system.
Ability to multitask.
Good organization skills
