Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our energetic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food preparation and service in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. The Kitchen Team Member will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality food handling, safety standards, and exceptional customer experiences.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with meal preparation and food assembly to meet customer orders efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines.
Support food service operations by serving dishes to customers when needed and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout shifts.




Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a protected working environment for all staff members.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques.
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff and servers.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
