Coalition for the Homeless is searching for an Assistant Property Manager to aid in managing its Civic Center Apartments. You will have hands-on responsibilities, from supervision and training of staff to maintaining compliance with housing laws. This role also includes timely entry of key data into property management software and a commitment to social equity and community well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate entries in property management software
Complete certifications and maintain high-quality records




Supervise site personnel and enforce company policies
Prepare timely reports and coordinate health inspections
Provide excellent customer service to residents Requirements:
Two years’ experience in affordable housing preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a real estate-related field preferred
Knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit and Section 8
Valid driver’s license required
