Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, ON within an automotive parts manufacturing and distribution environment. This role supports dealer order fulfillment, inbound material put-away, and overall warehouse productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities




Pick and complete dealer orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and productivity benchmarks.
Maintain a robust focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, equipment, and the warehouse environment.
Ensure order quality while working toward zero errors and robust fulfillment accuracy.
Communicate product irregularities, order issues, urgent requests, or process concerns to Supervisors or Managers.
Support daily warehouse productivity by meeting deadlines and adapting to changing order priorities.
