Responsibilities
Take and accurately process orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and safety standards
Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining balanced registers




Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently during busy periods

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, with familiarity using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of alcohol laws is a plus
