Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender/Server to join our energetic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, efficiently managing food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves serving food and drinks, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are preferred. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food handling, and customer engagement within a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Micros POS
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and accountability
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health standards
Assist in setting up tables,



preparing garnishes, and restocking supplies as needed
Handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously while managing time effectively
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
