About Maguire Metals

Maguire Metals is a growing metal roll forming and panel manufacturer serving contractors, builders, and dealers across Ontario. We manufacture metal roofing, siding, trims, and our flush wall panel line, Glacier Panel. We’re scaling and need a sales leader to build the engine that gets us there.

The Role

Build Maguire’s sales function from the ground up. This is a player-coach role: you’ll sell while designing the structure, then hire and lead the team underneath you.

Responsibilities
Build the sales strategy, process, and pipeline structure (CRM, quoting, follow-up), coordinating closely with marketing to ensure lead flow and long-term pipeline sustainability
Recruit, train, and manage outside sales reps and estimators
Set targets, KPIs,



and commission plans for the sales team
Personally close key accounts while building the team
Develop dealer, contractor, and builder channels for panel products including Glacier Panel
Maintain pricing discipline — commissions are paid on margin, not just volume
Report revenue and margin performance directly to ownership

Requirements
5+ years B2B sales leadership, ideally in metal, roofing, or building products
Proven record of building a team, not just running one
Comfortable with performance-weighted compensation
Based within commuting range of Castleton, ON

Compensation
Base salary: $65,000
Personal commission: 5% of gross margin on accounts you close
Uncapped. No clawbacks on paid invoices. Commissions paid monthly on collected revenue.
