Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Casement Assembler to join our agile manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assembly of Casement Windows: Construct and assemble window frames, glasses panels, seals, and hardware according to specifications.
Material Handling: Read and interpret cutting lines on material, and use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before installation.
Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency during the assembly process





Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in window assembly or a related field
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Reliable, punctual, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
