JointheCityofOwenSoundteamasanArenaLabourer.Contributetodhedailymaintenanceandcleanlinessofourrecreationfacilities,ensuringawelcomingenvironmentforallusers.Thispositionrequiresdedicationtoupholdinghighstandardsofsafetyandcustomerservice.Thepositionisexpectedtoworkbetween8and16hoursperweek.Thispostingisforanexistingvacancy.

KeyResponsibilities:
Performdailycleaningandgeneralmaintenanceoftworecreationfacilities.
Assistineventsetupandteardown;ensuresmoothoperationofallevents.
Assistwithon-icedutiesduringresurfacing
Provideexceptionalcustomerservicetofacilitypatrons.
Followandenforcehealthandsafetyprotocols.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Previousexperienceinfacilitymaintenance,particularlyinmunicipalorpublicsettings,isanasset.
Certifications:
StandardFirstAid,CPR,WHMIS,FireExtinguishertraining(orwillingnesstoobtain).
CoreCompetencies:
Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
Independentworkmanagementwithattentiontodetail
Knowledgeoffacilityoperationregulationsandcompliance
ValidClass“G”driver’slicense
Basiccarpentry,plumbing,electrical,andmechanicalskills(anasset)
