We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Cutters & Packers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing, cutting, trimming, packaging, and preparing meat products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Meat Cutter
Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
Use knives and meat-processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for quality and consistency.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meat Packer
Package, label, and prepare meat products for shipment.
Weigh and sort products according to company standards.
Inspect packaging for accuracy and quality.
Assist with inventory and product handling.




Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.

Requirements
Previous experience in meat processing, meat cutting, packing, or food production is an asset.
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
