Position Summary
The Dishwasher supports daily back-of-house operations by ensuring all dishware, cookware, utensils, and glassware are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards. This position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen workplace, aligned with the service excellence expected at Stone Eagle Winery.

Key Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishware, cookware, utensils, and glassware
Monitor dishwasher temperature and chemical levels to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit, sinks, and surrounding areas
Take out trash, recyclables, and compost in accordance with waste management procedures
Assist with cleaning of kitchen equipment, prep surfaces, floors, and storage areas
Restock clean kitchen tools and equipment as needed to support line and prep cooks




Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Follow direction from the kitchen leadership to meet service demands
Collaborate respectfully with back-of-house team members to maintain a clean and productive environment

Qualifications & Requirements
Dependable transportation to and from the winery
Robust work ethic and consistent punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
