Manage and summarize incoming complaints via mail, fax, and email
Coordinate with internal staff for necessary information and follow-ups
Track various matters for follow-up and further action
Draft and proofread outgoing correspondence and reports
Schedule meetings and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Grade 12 and two-year office administration diploma
Health care background or familiarity with medical language preferred
