We’re Hiring: Senior Restoration Project Manager

Axicon Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Restoration Project Manager to join our team in the Kitchener Waterloo Area. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager.

About the Role

As a Senior Restoration PM, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in day-to-day site operations, communication with trades and adjusters, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Independently managing restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and general repairs)
Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
Support scoping, estimating, and documentation (work orders, change orders, photos, reports)
Communicate with homeowners, insurers, and internal teams
Track project progress, timelines, and budgets
Maintain organized project files and job documentation
Conduct site visits and help ensure quality control and safety compliance





What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination (or relevant education)
Robust organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working on active job sites
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency with basic construction documents and software (Xactimate experience is required)
Valid driver’s license

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
