Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety standards
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and provide friendly service
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS enhances your ability to serve efficiently
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food preparation techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Experience in serving or food industry roles helps you excel in this fast-paced environment
