We’re hiring Baristas to join our Castlemore team in Markham.

Key Qualifications:
Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
Food Handler Certification is required
Exceptional customer service skills
Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Must be able to work flexible schedule including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service for all patrons;
Prepare drinks, teas, and toppings;
Routine cleaning, dish-washing, maintenance;
Operate the Point of Sale and safely handle cash;
Communicate and work effectively in a team environment;




Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform various cafe duties as required.
Coordinate and provide flexible availability.

Operating Hours & Availability:
Full time: 40 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
Part time: 25 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:00am. Closing shifts can be ending at 1am.
