We are seeking a passionate and extroverted Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.




Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Follow all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

Requirements
MUST have Food Safe Level 1 upon starting first shift.
Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Solid communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
